This Shipping Policy sets out our standard operating proceedures for fulfilling orders on TemigoJara across cities. It also sets out delivery timelines in/outside Lagos in Nigeria.
Inside Lagos
Same-day delivery usually within 12hrs
Outside Lagos
Waybill delivery usually between 12hrs - 72hrs
Shipping Process
The process is the end-to-end journey of an order, from the moment a customer clicks "Add to Cart" to the package arriving at their doorstep. It involves five core stages: Checkout, Order Processing, Packing, Labeling, and Shipping,. The shipping experience begins before the sale is finalized. Carting Officer physically prepare the product for transit. The package is prepped and labeled for the shipping courier. The package is delivered directly to the customer’s address.

Delivery Subsidy
TemigoJara often offer upto 60% delivery subsidies to reduce last-mile shipping costs, which improves customers' purchasing power and lowers cart abandonment. While these vary depending on the purchase volume, size and destination, TemigoJara absorbs a fixed amount of the total shipping cost to incentivizes bulk purchases or larger basket sizes, build trust and encourages repeat purchases, transforming one-time shoppers into loyal brand advocates.

Fulfilment Options
TemigoJara offers different fulfilment options; you may choose Same-day Delivery or Waybill depending on the items in your order and your location. As your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available every step of the way but we will keep you updated at every step of the way.

Shipping Cost
After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the delivery method and cost for shipping on your order confirmation email page, email or invoice. It takes less than 10minutes to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped. You'll receive a shipment notification message that will provide you with the delivery time for each package once it is shipped. You will be provided with the Order ID number when it is ready. In most cases, your order will be delivered within the delivery timeline applicable to your location. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by transit arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond control. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.

Delivery Issues
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 21days of the order date.
